Michael Ballack backs N'Golo Kante as Chelsea's Success

Former Chelsea and Germany midfield star Michael Ballack believes N'Golo Kante can become a Stamford Bridge sensation following his arrival from Leicester City. 

Kante swapped the Premier League champions in a £32million move to the capital and Ballack believes the 25-year-old can have a similar impact with the Blues to that of his fellow Frenchman Claude Makelele.

Chelsea's shocking season last term saw them finish tenth in the Premier League but Ballack believes the signings of Kante and Michy Batshuayi, plus more imminent arrivals, can help Antonio Conte's side return to the top four.
